cute lobby marvelous patio nice size weak ac small cups missing items
The lobby and lounge area were cute. The patio provided a marvelous setting for an after-dinner drink. The room was a nice size for the city. Amenities included good toiletries.
The room AC was not very strong. Latte cups at breakfast were too small. Some expected items like shower caps were absent. These small issues impacted my stay.

convenient location relaxing space available staff
The staff was always available and ready to assist. The inner garden provided a relaxing space in the evenings. The location is very convenient, near the tube station and bus routes. It sits on a quiet side street.
The room temperature could have been warmer.

Mediocre stay due to service issues
disorganized breakfast missing item
The breakfast was a complete disaster. It felt disorganized. Staff seemed confused about orders and even made a strange comment about my name, something I didn't appreciate. Some food items were missing, and the service felt tense. I ordered crumpets but there was NO buttered cream served even though it was stated in the menu.

small room inadequate ac
The room was pretty small. the air conditioning barely worked. It was just blowing hot air. breakfast felt disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and some orders were wrong. it was frustrating, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

really enjoyed my stay
very nice design quiet road
i liked that it was new and design was very nice. the outdoor space felt very special. the location made getting around easy. it was a quiet road and close to town.
the room was small for what i payed. there wasn't a desk to do work. housekeeping didn't service the room one day.
